Localisation platform with in-context translation editing

Tolgee's distinguishing feature is that translators work in the running application. Alt-click a string in the app and the editor opens over it, with surrounding context visible, which removes most of the ambiguity that produces bad translations from a spreadsheet.

It integrates with the usual front end frameworks, supports machine translation as a first draft, and can be self-hosted so that unreleased copy stays internal.
